The Horizontal Hydraulic Cans Aluminium Scrap Baler Machine is a state-of-the-art piece of equipment designed to transform loose, voluminous scrap metal into compact, manageable bales, significantly optimizing storage and transportation. At the heart of its functionality is a powerful hydraulic system, which exerts immense pressure to compress aluminum cans and various other metal scraps into dense, uniform bales. This system operates with precision and efficiency, driven by high-capacity hydraulic pumps and cylinders that ensure consistent performance even under continuous use. The horizontal feeding mechanism is designed for high-volume processing, allowing for a steady and efficient input of materials. This makes the machine particularly suitable for recycling centers and manufacturing plants where large quantities of scrap are generated regularly.
Key Features and Benefits
Hydraulic System: Powerful compression for dense, uniform bales.
Horizontal Baling: Efficient feeding and high-capacity operation.
Automatic Operation: PLC-controlled for continuous, automated cycling.
Durability: Robust construction to withstand heavy use.
Safety: Equipped with safety guards, emergency stop buttons, and interlocks.
Assembly
a. The baler should be assembled according to the assembly process regulations. It is not allowed to install gaskets, sleeves and other parts not specified in the drawings as well as unqualified parts.
b. When assembling the bearing, its position should be kept correct, the force should be even, and there should be no damage. . The connection of fasteners must comply with the standard pre-tightening force, and parts that may become loose should have anti-loosening measures. The end faces of the assembled bolts, screw heads and nuts should be in even contact with the plane of the fastened parts, and should not be tilted or leave any gaps. Screws assembled at the same location should have the same length. The tightened screws, bolts and nuts should not be loose, and the tightening force of screws that affect accuracy should be consistent. d. The seals should not be damaged, and the seals and sealing surfaces should be coated with grease before assembly. When assembling overlapping sealing rings, they should be pressed against each other and the opening should face the side with greater pressure.
e. The straightness error of the press head guide rail on the machine body shall not be greater than 1mm per meter of length, and the total length shall not exceed 5mm. The parallelism error of the guide rails on both sides shall not be greater than 2mm per meter of length, and the total length shall not exceed 6mm. L The pipeline channels of the hydraulic system and the inner surface of the fuel tank should be treated with anti-rust and decontamination before assembly, and no traces are allowed.
If dirt exists, the cleanliness of the hydraulic system should comply with the requirements of JB/T9954. 8. All pipelines, pipe joints, flanges and other fixed connections and seals should be reliably connected, well sealed and free of leakage.
There should be leakage.
Purchasing Considerations
Capacity: Ensure the machine meets your volume requirements.
Power: Check the power specifications and hydraulic pressure capabilities.
Automation: Consider the level of automation and control systems.
Maintenance: Evaluate ease of maintenance and availability of spare parts.
Supplier Reputation: Choose a reputable supplier with good after-sales support.
