Operating the Semi-automatic Horizontal Waste Paper baler involves straightforward steps designed for efficiency and safety. Begin by powering on the machine and conducting a pre-operation check to ensure all components are in proper working order. Prepare the waste paper by removing any contaminants or non-recyclable materials, and then load the paper into the baling chamber. Adjust the settings using the control panel to specify the desired bale size and density. Activate the compaction cycle using the control interface, which engages the hydraulic system to compress the paper into a compact bale. Once the bale reaches the preset density, manually secure it with wire ties or straps. Eject the finished bale safely and inspect it for quality and uniformity.
